By filling out and submitting the application form, and documents enclosed thereto (e.g. your personal record), you will provide certain personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, phone number, picture, personal record and other information that you provide in the application form and enclosed documents) to Studsvik AB and the corporate group company or companies that your application concern. We need such data to consider entering into an employment agreement with you, to invite you to an interview, to offer you employment and/or to deal with potential contentious issues relating to your application. Studsvik AB and the relevant corporate group company are responsible for the personal data that you provide by the application form and enclosed documents.
It is subject to your own discretion whether you want to provide such information or not. By providing the personal data you are giving your explicit consent to our processing of your data in accordance with what is described herein and in accordance with what is allowed under relevant laws and regulations. You are entitled whenever you desire to revoke your consent, which revocation shall be made by contacting our contact person set out below.
The personal data that you provide will be used by Studsvik AB, and the corporate group company or companies that your application concern, to consider entering into an employment agreement with you, to invite you to an interview, to offer you employment and/or to deal with potential contentious issues relating to your application. The corporate group companies are situated in Sweden, Germany, France, Switzerland, Great Britain and USA. The personal data information will be made accessible for the HR-department and the recruiting officers at Studsvik AB, and at the corporate group company or companies that your application concern. During the processing of your application, other designated officers may also get access to your personal data. The information may also be made accessible to external recruiting consultancy companies that have been appointed to assist companies within the Studsvik group of companies in recruitment matters. The information will be accessible for the mentioned subjects through i.a. searches and downloads. Information will only be provided to companies outside the EU if the corporate group company in question is situated in a country that has been deemed by the EU Commission to have an adequate level of protection for personal data, which is the case about e.g. USA.
The personal data will be processed, by everyone that gets access to it, in accordance with the EU-regulations and national laws, concerning protection of personal data, applicable from time to time. Processing will be made for the purposes set out above.
We will store your personal data during the time-period need for the purposes mentioned above. As regards applications for a specific, available position, we will store your personal data until the recruitment matter has been finalized and during the time thereafter during which a dispute can arise regarding the recruitment. As regards general applications, we will need to store the personal data for a longer period of time, since the information will become relevant when a suitable position becomes available. In these cases, we will store the personal data until you notify us that you are no longer interested in employment or, if you do not notify us about this, for a period of eighteen (18) months.
By a written and undersigned request, you are entitled, once per year and without cost, to get information about your personal data that is being processed by us and about why and how we are processing the personal data. You are also entitled to request that your personal data shall be corrected or erased. You are also entitled to revoke your consent to our processing.
